Mexican Layered Dip

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 18 minutes
Serves: 4

1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Can (160z.) Refried Beans
1 Package Taco Seasoning Mix (Any Brand)
1 Jar Salsa (Any Brand)
1 Cup Melted Velveeta Cheese
1/2 Cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 or 3 Green Onions, Diced
Tortilla Chips

Directions:

Brown ground beef and add taco seasoning, then mix in refried beans and stir. Let it cool completely, and set aside. Coat a baking dish with olive oil and layer meat and bean mixture, salsa, melted cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let Cool for five minutes and sprinkle with Monterey Jack, green onions and top with sour cream. Serve with tortilla Chips.
