We apologize for the lack of posting lately. The last few days have been such an emotional roller coaster for the family.
My niece was born Monday night, weighing 2lbs 13oz and measuring 14 inches long. Madisyn made her appearance at 29 weeks; she was due in early January, but apparently just couldn’t wait.
Although, Madisyn was immediately whisked away and placed in the NICU, the general consensus of the doctors is that she is doing well. Madisyn is expected to remain in the NICU until her original due date.
I look forward to the day when Maddy Pie can come home. And most importantly I pray for her health.
I ask you to please pray for Madisyn and our family.
Thank you so much!

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family. Hope to see pics of Maddy Pie soon.
They’ve come a long with premie care in hospitals these days. I’ll certainly keep Baby Madison and your family in my thoughts and prayers.
How terrifying that must have been. Certainly keeping Madisyn and your family in my thoughts :)

My son was born at 32 weeks, weighing 3 lbs 9.7 oz. They really have come so far and are wonderful at taking care of the little angels in the NICU. He is now perfectly healthy and happy. I will keep you and yours in my thoughts and prayers and cannot wait to see pictures of the little pie :).
Will keep Madisyn and her family in my prayers. My daughter was born at 26 weeks (1 lb 12 oz) and was in the hospital for 2 1/2 months. She came home shortly before her due date.
WOW…Maddy is “fearfully and wonderfully made” and God is going to get glory from her little life! Praise that she is here and may God bless her and the family. teelayoung at hotmail dot com

You got it, I’ll pray for her. Having a niece is one of the best things in the world. Mine is full of mischief and big smiles. She makes me smile and yeah, she gets super hyper sometimes. It’s cool to see them grow up so fast; take a lot of pictures and videos so you can show her when she’s bigger. :)

I pray that she continues to do well. I know it must be so scary right now.
