My husband and I both went to public schools. Our kids do as well. We are pretty happy with our local public schools where we live.

I am a teacher. I have taught in public and private schools. With that said, I am a believer in public school education since I went through them and did very well. Of course, I am seeing how public schools are being hurt by politics and other issues within our community.

I would have to say public schools. My hubby and I went to public school and so did our daughter. It is good for interaction for adulthood and the real world. Private school would be great if you could afford it.

Public schools seem to have more money to do things and have things.
What you get out of it has a lot to do with what you put into it. I was always volunteering.

I went to public school and all 4 of my kids go to the same public school system. We are blessed to have one of the best public schools in the state. I have the highest regard for moms who homeschool. I just don’t have the patience to do it :)
