Review:
I like to think of myself as a connoisseur of energy bars. I love all different cereal bars, granola bars, protein bars…you name it. Running around with my 6 month old, I always like to have something quick and easy for a snack during the day. These bars seemed right up my alley. I received samples of all three flavors to try out and I honestly LOVED all three. I’m usually not a huge fan of having fruit chunks in these types of things, but I even enjoyed the blueberry acai bar. After eating one of these bars I felt full, which I can’t say happens often with energy bars and I felt good knowing that I had eaten a healthy (and good tasting) snack. My favorite by far was the peanut butter bar.
I like the fact that these bars really are a healthy choice, unlike many similar bars – each bar contains around 15g of protein, 5g of fiber and 7g of whole grains (it varies a little between each flavor). I would definitely recommend these bars for snacking.
