When Lola met Emilian
In a strange change of events I am being interviewed by one of my characters today and not just anyone Emilian and I slightly have a crush on him so here we go.
We are sitting on the white leather couch in his living room in San Diego, California. I a melting before he has even say a word.
Lola: I had no idea that you had a place so close to me—I mean in California. *Smiles shyly*
Emilian: Yes, I bought this place when I was told I would be out here. Where are my manners How are you today, Mrs. Lola James? It’s is Mrs. am a correct. (He extends his hand to take mine and brings it to his lips) I think I just died.
*Clear throat* Lola: Let’s just go with Ms. but please just call me Lola and I am lovely now Emilian thanks for asking. (He releases my hand) Don’t look into his eyes he is a vampire!
Emilian: *Smiles with a toothy grin* Now, let’s begin.
Lola: Yes, please. *bats eyelashes* And no funny stuff with the eyes, remember I wrote you in and I can kill you off!
*chuckles* Emilian: Of course not. I know you’ve been asked about the concept for your book, Fate Design, being about fate and all but I am more interested in the dreams. Do you or did you have those type of dreams?
*blushes* Lola: Well, um… yes and no! I mean I have never—ok that’s a lie. I have dreamed of—no I don’t want to say that—yes I have! *begins to sweat*
Emilian: Do you need some water or wine?
Lola: Wine, yes please. (He leaves the room and is back in an instant with a glass of white wine)
Emilian: I hope you don’t mind it is a bit sweet! (He hands me the glass it’s obvious that he does not know me! LOL)
Lola: Thank you! (I sip the wine and it is wonderful.) Don’t look into his eyes! Continue with your questions.
Emilian: Have you ever been to Italy?
Lola: No, but I plan to very soon.
Emilian: How did you know of the place that you wrote if you’ve never been to Italia?
Lola: My best friend lived in Italy, Florence actually, so I picked her brain then I completed more internet research known to man!
Emilian: Will the reader get to know me better in the next book?
Lola: Yes, they will you actually have a nice role in book two!
Emilian: Do I, care to divulge anything?
Lola: Not really.
Emilian: You have to give the readers something!
Lola: Fine, more of Megan’s dreams will come true especially the one she had about a certain vampire…
*Smiles big* Emilian: That’s all I needed to hear. I thank you Lola for sitting down with me today and I hope you enjoyed your time with me.
*blushes and gulps wine* Lola: Of, course I did Emilian.
Emilian: Let me know if you ever need me again!
*smiles* Lola: Will do I know you are only a mouse click away!
