Actually, just this week I sent some wine to some friends ‘just because’. :) I’m a giver – it sometimes drives the hubby nuts because I’m too generous sometimes, especially around Christmas…and Birthdays…and any important holidays. :)

Just this week! I sent a rare, high value item to another blogger I’d never met before, just because I noticed he mentioned in his timeline how much him and his daughter are big fans of this certain toy. it was only available to toy fair participants, which I got, I asked him for his address and he had no idea what I was sending him. To hear his reaction later was awesome, best feeling. I’m a total giver! Love giving!

Yesterday my daughter gave me a wild flower. It’s such a beautiful thing…because she says she loves me :)
Me..I sent an email for no reason to my mom, just to say I miss her.
If you meant things in general, then it’s mostly on special times because of budget.

I receive lots of special gifts from my child, who is 5. Sometimes it is something that she created at school and other times it is a hug or a kiss. Recently I also was the recipient of kittens left for my family by a stray cat. I am not sure whether or not that was a gift though!
In our anniversary my fiance surprised me in baking a choco moist cake, I’m so touched because he did some extra effort knowing that he didn’t know how to bake a cake.

I am part of an online forum and we sometimes will just send something we see that makes us think of another person. It has been a while since I did that! Just last year, however, I was asking about a particular warmer scent that the girls were going crazy for and one of the ladies sent me some to try! :)

We’re big on snail mail at our house and tend to send notes and cards several times a week. I received a Get Well card a few weeks ago that what a very pleasant surprise.

Hmm…good question…I’m not sure! I’m sure it was for my husband but I can’t think of anything off the top of my head. Guess that means I’m overdue to do something nice and spontaneous…like a great Father’s Day adventure tomorrow!
