How do you stay active?










I started the health club about a week ago and I’ve been using the machines first & then I go swim a bit and then the hot top. I also go on early morning walks around the park. Also, I have nine grandchildren who all love to go shopping need I say more. Oh hubby’s in a band too so when he’s got a gig I try to get up & dance. Have a great weekend.

I’m failing miserably at this, but I am considering joining the Y. I do walk a lot but I need to step it up quite a bit!
Unfortunately I can’t due to a disabling back limitation after having 5 spinal surgeries, the last 2 leaving me worse off than before.

I exercise to my tv each week day morning.
Play outside with the kids when it’s cool.
Ride our bikes when it’s cool.

I have lost 21 pounds since January and so exercise is an important part of it. I am doing ViSalus and exercising 4 days a week for about 2 hours each time. It has bumped up my weightloss and toning!
