Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Signature Collection

Forever enchanting and inspiring, Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs embodies The Walt Disney Signature Collection’s legacy of animation. In this epic story of love and friendship, the kind and beautiful princess Snow White wins the hearts of the Seven Dwarfs and triumphs over the evil plans of a wicked Queen. Share the movie called “The Greatest Animated Film Of All Time,” (American Film Institute) in High Definition Blu-ray and for the first time ever on Digital HD, with special features for the entire family!

I recently received the opportunity to review Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs on Blu-Ray DVD. When I was younger, I enjoyed all of the classic Disney movies on VHS, but times have changed and it is time to start collecting my collection over again in DVD form. Snow White was released from the Disney vault for a limited time in February of 2016 and it was one I had to get. The Blu-Ray DVD comes with many different features and makes it fun to watch. Here are a few of the features:

• In Walt’s World – Listen to Walt talk about Snow White

• Iconography

• Disney Animation – Designing Disney’s First Princess – This is one of my favorite features of the disc. It is great to see where Snow White was “born”.

• The Fairest Facts of Them All – Think you know everything about Snow White? This segment will tell you everything you need to know about the first princess.

• Alternate Sequence – I do not want to ruin it for you, but this is one you have to see for yourself.

• And So Much More!

There is literally over an hour of extra content and footage available on this DVD, giving you a more inside look at the magical story. Not to mention the movie was digitally restored so you will be seeing Snow White as you never have before! This timeless classic belongs in any movie buff’s collection.

This classic tale was remastered beautifully and the picture is crisp and clear. The storyline is touching and the songs are just as catchy as I remembered them being. There are a few parts in the film that can be scary for small children, however, the rest of the movie is perfect for all ages. My nieces have been singing “whistle while you work” all week while doing their chores after seeing the movie.

If you’re a fan of Disney’s classic animated movies, make sure you don’t miss Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Signature Collection while it’s immensely entertaining and full of charming characters.
