- Never substitute baking powder for baking soda and vice versa, although both help your batter rise they can give different results.
- Always Preheat the oven 10 to 15 before placing food in oven.
- Never Preheat a cookie sheet, hot cookie sheets may cause batter to spread.

Good tips, did not know about always using large eggs in recipes. Like you I always use butter, can’t stand baking with margarine as it changes the taste and texture of the finished product.
