Q: Who won the giveaway?
A: Please check the winners page to find out who won the giveaway. If we are not the administrator of the giveaway, unfortunately we have no control over when the winner will be announced. Please contact the administrator of the giveaway you are inquiring about, or email us directly at cuzinlogic[@]gmail[dot]com to check for you.
Q: What happened to the Rafflecopter form?
A: We have a winners page, so the form is removed from the giveaway page within 24 hours of the giveaway end date. For a list of winners, please visit the winners page.
Q: How will I be contacted if I win a prize?
A: You will be contacted by email within 2* weeks from giveaway end date. If the giveaway is administered by another party, please contact the administrator.
Q: How do I find out what I have won?
A: The email that you are sent contains a description of your prize.
Q: I received an email stating that I need to fill out a form within 24** hours to claim my prize. What does that mean?
A: It means that your entry was randomly selected as the potential winner of a giveaway. However, we need to receive the completed form within 24** hours of the date notice is sent, before you can be declared an “Official” winner.
Q: How do I return my information?
A: You will need to click on the link included in the winner notification email. It will take you directly to the form. You can also use the form to decline a prize.
Q: How will I know my information was received?
A: We no longer confirm that we have received your address after you submit the form. To verify your information was received, check the winners page. If your name appears you’re all set. If it shows “Pending” beside your name 12 hours after you submitted the form, contact us ASAP! Note: We will draw another winner if we do not hear from you within 24 hours of sending out the winner notification email.
Q: I saw my name listed on the winners page or in a tweet on Twitter, but never received an email.
A: Please, check your spam folder. If it’s not there, email us through our Contact Page ASAP. If it hasn’t been over 48 hours since the announcement was posted, there is a chance (not guaranteed) the prize is still available.
Q: How will I receive my prize?
A: The sponsors, in most cases, are shipping prizes to you directly.
Q: When will my prize arrive?
A: Prize fulfillment times vary and it could take 4-6 weeks for your prize to arrive. Please allow sufficient time for your prize to arrive, before contacting us about the status. If it has been over 5 weeks, don’t panic, simply send us an email, and we will contact the sponsor and remind them. Please note that we are not responsible for sponsors that do not fulfill their prizes or for non-delivery. However, we will make every effort to assist you with obtaining your prize.
Q: I sent an email about the status of my prize, but never heard back. Did you get my email?
A: If you don’t hear from us within 72 hours, send a friendly reminder, because more than likely we never received your email. If you do not inquire about the status of a missing prize within 7 weeks, you forfeit your winners status.
