What to Do with All Those Thanksgiving Leftovers

Grilled Ham and Cheese

Use that leftover ham and some cheese and rolls to make this classic everyone loves. You will need:
1 tablespoon unsalted butter per sandwich
2 rolls per person
2 slices of ham
1 tablespoon stuffing or dressing per sandwich
1 slice cheese, any kind, per sandwich

Heat half a tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat until melted. Place ingredients in the roll: ham, stuffing, then topped with cheese. Close the roll, then place in the pan with the bottom side down first. Cook, then flip and add the other half of the teaspoon of butter. Cook until both sides are golden brown. Do this with each sandwich. Serve with gravy or cranberry sauce on the side. You can also use turkey, if you don’t have ham.
